- Task I: You go to your teacher’s office to ask if you can skip today’s class because you are not feeling well.
- Task II: You go to your teacher’s office to ask permission to turn in today’s homework tomorrow because your computer broke (こわれる) yesterday.
- Task III: You go to your teacher’s office to ask permission to skip class next Wed. because a friend is coming from Japan.
- Task IV: You go to your teacher’s office to ask permission to take the kanji test next Wed. because on Wed. you also have an economics test. (水曜日にけいざいのテストもある) (テストをする)
- Alternate Task: If you have ever asked me if you could miss class or turn in some homework or do a quiz at a later date than scheduled for some reason, you can use that scenario instead of one of the four tasks above, but you must prepare it yourself. Feel free to ask for help from me (preferably by email)
